After the parade, I shopped around a bit and took some photos. Picked up some delicious buffalo summer sausage
at the Wyoming Buffalo Company. I tried some of the elk and antelope jerky, but didn't like them as well as
the buffalo jerky. The last photo is of Wyoming's Vietnam War Memorial, dedicated to Wyoming residents killed or
MIA.
Every day at 6pm sharp, the Irma Hotel hosts a gunfight. I wanted to be sure to catch it, so I planted myself out
with the locals and had a few beers while waiting. After the gunfight, I headed inside the Irma for dinner.
Dinner was a delicious 10-ounce buffalo ribeye steak. I sat at the bar and had a great conversation with a fella who invited me to
skip the fireworks and go two-stepping with him instead. Hubba hubba!
